Discharge in early pregnancy!?

Hi I am almost 6 weeks and have the cramping and pulling sensations going from left to right side was told this is normal and than had with husband 1 1/2 days ago was kind of ruff but not too much! Than next evening had bowel movement and when i wiped looked in panties and there was yellowish brown cm size of a dime maybe and than when i wiped noticed it as well nothing happened through the night woke up nothing new and than had bm and wiped and again a small amount of brownish cm on paper what could this be miscarriage I'm so worried it is Sunday and cant go tot doc till morning! Anyone had this happen and it was othing to worry with because now there is nothing again..
