My Queensland healer mix was attacked by a mountain lion and suffered a severe chest wound. No more vet money.

He was scalped on the right chest area with a 2x6 laceration. His skin was literally hanging to his knees. I have taken him to the emergency and regular vets Due to the fact he keeps ripping out the staples and sutures, $2,000 later my funds have run out and he has a gaping hole in his chest still. I clean the wound 3x daily plus give him antibiotics, yet it still looks like an infection is setting in. I love this dog with all my heart, he did save my life by protecting me. Is there any suggestions on what I should do next? Thank you.
