Is it first degree murder or manslaugter?

if u go on a drive by shooting, but instead of killing the intended victim, u accidently kill a innocent bystander, is that first degree murder or involuntary manslaughter? because in order for it to be 1st degree, that means the person that died u PLANNED to kill right?
