Is it about time the Chicago Bears is open their Wallet?

I never seen the Bears been this active before they don't normally spend huge like Peppers, will be scary guy for any lineman plus packers and vikings better get someone to help their quarterback they don't do that will when they play against Peppers.Member Jarred Allen sign that big contract with the viking he have been a sack machine, I see peppers doing the same with the bears watch out the monster of the midwest is back in business we going to have 5 or 6 probowl on the bears team.
