I am 41, a High School teacher, and thinning a little on top?

What are my chances of meeting a beautiful girl that I could date and possibly have a family with? I keep my hair cropped short, dress youthful and fashionable, and I am physically fit. But, I feel as though I have ped my prime, and I am not interested in a woman my own age simply because I don't find most women my age attractive. I feel as though my profession does not attract attractive women. Don't get me wrong. I am not looking for trophy wife or beauty queens - just a y, slender, intelligent, and creative woman that wants a relationship. Is it hopeless?
