Can anybody relate to this?

Good laugh, thanks. I was like so out of shape I hated to look in the mirror. I started walking a half hour every day. going through some upper body work and within a year lost 20# I stopped for a time for fear I might be going too far, But then my Dr. told me three months ago I could loose more so an other 5# off and 5 more to go. I am 81 and am feeling better than I have in years. Blood pressure down and energy WAY up.
