How to quiet a Loud Puppy?

My yorkie just had a litter of puppies. They are all very healthy and sweet. I have one that is a lot more vocal than the rest and it will make it where it is going to be hard to find her a good home. Any suggestions. She is the spunkiest of the litter, most out going and busy. I try to tire her out, shower her with love, etc... but she needs more. I know all dogs like kids have there own personalities but this one could end up having a hard time in life if I can't calm her down. It’s not the runt, its not the biggest, there are no health issues and they are all 6 weeks old.
