Have anyone has japanese font collection. I face serious problems in my pc for this font.?

I have a pc but here jp fonts not supported bcz jp fonts are not installed or not in my pc. when i install my windows there no jp or chinese language pack. so i can not read or found jp web site or cant write anything on Ms word. As i live in japan it is very important for me to get jp fonts collections. anyone can send me via email?? plz.
