What kind of governor does the 2004 honda foreman 450 s?

those don't really have a governor they have a rev limiter built in to them,they are only designed to run at so many rpm,s in any gear,there's no removing it either or going around it,it was designed to save the engine in the case of missing a gear or something,but all of them have them built in,i would have had mine off a long time ago but you cant by p them ,good luck.
