What field hockey stick should i get?

I am a high school player. My position is defense. I have been playing for 3 years and i will be playing the sport year-round on travel teams and then the regular season starts back up next August. I've been interested in getting a new field hockey stick for a while now, but i need opinions. I am interested in either TK or Dita. I would like product names and not just brands. (For example Dita exa 100) Thank you very much for your help!!!
