MTG Thrumming Stone Question?

If you are playing a deck with 20-25 relentless rats in it and you have thrumming stone out; does the "ripple 4" work for every rat brought out continuously? For example, do you play one relentless rat (with ripple 4) then bring out another rat from the ripple (which gives him ripple 4) so you can bring out another rat... etc. etc? Does it work this way?
