"If the Medical Waiver God denies the waiver, then that's the end of the road?"?

Is this completely true. My recruiter told me about a guy who was denied because he had a concave chest. He went to another district and went to meps all over. They didn't notice his concave chest and he is now in the Marines. I was denied because of psoriasis. I should have never told my recruiter when we were doing the medical paper work because if I hadn't said anything they wouldn't have known from looking at me. I have no symptoms. My recruiter even took pictures of me for my waivers to prove that I had clear skin. My doc thought I had scalp psoriasis but now since I have stopped dying my hair, and I now use sulfate free vegan shampoos my scalp has cleared up. It was probably just an allergic reaction to all the chemicals. So I am wondering if I go to another district will it be in the computer that I have already tried to enlist somewhere and been denied? If I don't tell them about psoriasis in my medical history will they even look? Do you have to live in the district where you join?
