HOW EXACTLY DO DOCTORS RESTART YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM? ARE YOU HOSPITALIZED?

I am a 13 year old girl who was diagnosed with simplex 6. {not gentile } Also I have several swollen lymph nodes that have been swollen for over a year now and they don't hurt. Do you think it could be lymphoma or is it normal for lymph nodes to stay swollen for over a year and not hurt if you have simplex 6?
