How do I get rid of my dog's foul gas problem?

My dog has gas that's worse than that of a 300 lb trucker that eats nothing but beans. I feed him food that's easy on the digestive system, like chicken & rice. But he still farts ALL the time. I've been told that Beano works for dogs, but I don't know how much or how often I would need to feed him. And does that work the best?
